Plain outer packaging
Parcels ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The shipping label shows only your name and address — never the product names or the word “pharmacy”.
Protection in transit
Strips and bottles are cushioned with padding and sealed inside tamper-evident inner packaging, so they arrive in the same condition they left.

Splitting large orders
Very large orders may be split into two or more parcels to improve customs clearance. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel, and you are never charged extra shipping for a split.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we email your tracking number. You can check progress at any time on the Track Order page using your order number and email.
