Orders to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days. In cases involving customs clearance, weather disruption, or courier delays, please allow up to 15 business days before contacting us.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed.

A flat shipping rate of $35 applies to most destinations. Orders over $199 ship free.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched we email a tracking number. Use it to follow the delivery at each stage. If tracking has not updated for several days, email team.rxsupplyusa@gmail.com with your order number.
