Hexilak Gel is a combination of three medicines. Allium Cepa is an herb extract that shows antibacterial action on the burnt wounds. It also provides moisture to the skin and helps to resolve scar marks. Heparin is an anticoagulant. However, it shows anti-inflammatory action when used in this combination. It helps to reduce symptoms of inflammation such as redness, pain, redness, burning sensation, etc. that occurs in the wounds. It also accelerates the healing process of the wounds resulting in smooth healed skin without scars or contractures (hard or tight scars).
